ABEA Applauds Garamendi-King Bill to Require EPA to Process RFS Pathway Petitions, Expand Feedstock Elibility

The bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to fully implement electricity eligibility for feedstocks approved under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). It also expands eligibility to fuel removed from federal lands that are at risk of wildfire.
